2021 Ou Power Team Building and Expansion Activities
Before May 1 Labor Day, all OOU employees ushered in a collective team building and expansion activity. Although it was only half a day, it benefited everyone a lot. It made us understand what a team is, what is communication, and what is collaboration. For our growing European and European teams, this is really an interesting and meaningful event .
Our team has grown a lot this year. Before the event started, we held a simple welcome ceremony for this year's new employees. Our president Xu and Zhang personally pinned big red flowers on the new employees to warmly welcome them. Employee onboarding.
After a simple warm-up, we began our outward bound training. Small games, big truths, this is the most profound experience brought to me by this outward bound training. After careful recollection, each seemingly simple and interesting game contains profound truths.
The instructor prepared a team presentation for us, all of them were divided into 7 groups, and a team leader led the team to complete the group name, slogan, team song, and formation display of each group within the specified time. This needs to test everyone's team cohesion. As soon as the instructor blows his whistle, each group quickly enters the state, brainstorms, and forms a group
Padfoot is a comprehensive project, a group of 5 people, and 3 groups to complete the relay. It requires everyone to work together and work together. Everyone offers advice and suggestions to each other, and they are all thinking of ways to go faster and more steadily.
Gradually, everyone became familiar with this game from being unfamiliar, united as one, and cooperated with each other. Everyone yelled beats on the field together, moved rhythmically together, and tried not to let their feet leave the board, and everyone also understood the importance of cooperation more deeply.
Graduation line is a self-challenging project, both aggressive and reckless will encounter failure, and the task can only be completed by relying on the tacit cooperation of the team. Everyone will face many "restarts" in their life. When we face failure, what kind of mentality do we need to face? When we encounter problems, how should we solve them?
During the course of the project, we were whistled by the instructor to stop many times. We had to start again and again. The captain could only accept the punishment again and again. Many of the watching friends had red eyes. The scene was very moving. .
But fortunately, all of us persevered, and we successfully completed the challenge in the end. I am also very grateful to those friends who have silently contributed to the team, and thank you for your selfless dedication. We have taken a step in our life here, and we believe that we will be able to step forward resolutely to any difficulties we encounter in the future.
4. About the sense of responsibility
A team without a soul is like a mess, just like the Inception project. If there is no command, no plan, and no one to take the responsibility, the task will be difficult to complete. The top leaders of each department also signed military orders, swearing to complete the annual work targets.
Although this outward bound training only lasted for half a day, the experience and inspiration it gave us is a permanent spiritual wealth. What can express the depth better than words does not need to be rigidly preached, but to experience and comprehend by oneself. Although the focus of each project is different, it will bring us deep thinking and inspiration.
